We are seeking Business Development Manager with 3 - 5 years of experience in ERP. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in generating new business, building relationships with key decision-makers, and exceeding sales targets in this particular industry. Generate new business through prospecting, networking, and lead generation activities in the
sector.
Assess client needs and promote suitable products
Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in target companies in the industry.
Understand customer needs and develop customized ERP and automation solutions to meet those needs.
Develop and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to prospective clients in companies.
Negotiate and close sales contracts with manufacturing companies.
Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation of ERP and Automation solutions in manufacturing companies.
Meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales targets in SME manufacturing companies.
Scheduling the most qualified and productive demos while providing in-depth information to the Sales team.
Own prospecting, lead generation, sales qualification & initial customer calls to ensure the team meets monthly revenue targets.
Manage the complete outbound sales funnel, talk to prospects, understand their requirements and clarify them.

Demonstrated knowledge of sales and marketing principles and concepts.
Ability to present business plans and sales strategies to senior and executive management.

Excellent communication and negotiation skills, both written and verbal.
Solid understanding of sales techniques, customer relationship management, and salespipeline management.
Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales-related tools.
Ability to analyse market trends, identify customer needs, and adapt sales strategies accordingly.
Flexibility to travel for client meetings and industry events as required.
