We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 1-6 years of experience in business development and a proven track record of achieving sales targets. The role will be based in India and will require extensive travel.
Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities
- Develop and maintain relationships with key clients
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets
- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities
- Prepare and deliver presentations to clients and stakeholders
- Negotiate contracts and close deals
- Manage and maintain a pipeline of leads and opportunities
- Provide regular reports on sales activities and progress towards targets
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field
- 1-6 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
- Ability to develop and maintain relationships with key clients
- Experience conducting market research and identifying trends and opportunities
