Job Overview:
Flyzy is seeking an experienced and results-driven Business Development Manager (B2B) to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for someone with a passion for driving growth and working with B2B clients, particularly in the travel or B2B SaaS sector. The successful candidate will focus on expanding our business partnerships, managing client relationships, and executing effective outbound strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Acquisition: Identify and develop new business opportunities with B2B clients, particularly in the travel or SaaS industries.
- CRM Management: Efficiently manage and maintain client relationships using CRM tools, ensuring all interactions are logged and tracked.
- Outbound Strategy: Develop and implement outbound strategies using LinkedIn, cold emailing, and other relevant channels to generate leads and foster partnerships.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
- Negotiation and Closing: Lead negotiations with prospective clients, prepare proposals, and close deals to achieve sales targets.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, operations, and product teams to ensure alignment in meeting client needs and business goals.
- Reporting: Prepare and present reports on sales activities, pipeline development, and results to the senior management team.
Key Skills:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience working with B2B clients (preferably in travel or B2B SaaS industries).
- Strong knowledge of CRM systems for client management and data tracking.
- Expertise in LinkedIn and outbound lead generation strategies.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
