Job Overview:

As a Business Development Manager in our digital agency, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and driving revenue growth. You will work closely with internal teams to ensure that client needs are met and that our services align with their business objectives. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of digital marketing, web design, and development services, as well as proven experience in sales and client management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to grow the agency's client base in areas such as digital marketing, SEO, PPC, web design, branding, and more.
  • Develop and implement effective business development strategies to meet revenue and growth targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and presenting tailored solutions from our portfolio of digital services.
  • Lead the end-to-end sales cycle, from lead generation and initial outreach to proposal creation, negotiation, and closing deals.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, design, development) to develop and deliver solutions that meet client expectations.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends and digital marketing best practices to identify opportunities for new service offerings.
  • Attend client meetings, industry events, and networking sessions to promote the agency and build a strong network.
  • Manage and update the sales pipeline and report regularly on sales activity, progress, and results.
  • Develop proposals and presentations to communicate our value proposition effectively to potential clients.
  • Work with the marketing team to create materials that support sales initiatives, including case studies, whitepapers, and presentations.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Experience: 3+ years of experience in business development, sales, or account management, preferably within a digital agency or digital marketing environment.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing services (SEO, PPC, social media marketing, content marketing) and web development.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a competitive market.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to build and manage client relationships at all levels, including C-suite executives.
  • Experience in developing proposals, sales pitches, and closing deals.
  • Proficiency in using CRM tools to manage sales pipelines (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce).

Nice to Have:

Familiarity with SaaS products and how they integrate with digital marketing solutions.

Understanding of emerging digital trends such as AI in marketing, automation, and data-driven strategies.

Experience working with both B2B and B2C clients.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: 40,000.00 - 70,000.00 per month

Schedule:

  • Day shift
  • Monday to Friday

Supplemental Pay:

  • Performance bonus
