We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager specializing in Web and Mobile Sales to drive revenue growth and expand our client base. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in selling web and mobile solutions, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and a proven track record of achieving sales targets. As the Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with prospective clients, and closing sales deals for our web and mobile development services.
Responsibilities: - Identify and prospect potential clients in target industries and markets for web and mobile development services.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and revenue goals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, influencers, and stakeholders.
- Excellent Understanding of the bidding portals like Upwork. Able to place bids, train & manage bidding team and get as many responses as possible.
- Respond to Upwork / Inbound Leads, qualify them, move them through deal-making stages.
- Review of RFP, RFQ and RFI shared by the clients, Understand prospective business needs, and offering solutions and support with the goal to convert them into opportunities.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify market trends, competitor strategies, and customer needs.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop marketing materials, presentations, and proposals to support sales efforts.
- Conduct sales presentations, demonstrations, and pitches to prospective clients to showcase our web and mobile solutions.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients to close sales deals and achieve mutually beneficial agreements.
- Manage the sales pipeline, track sales activities, and report on sales progress to senior management.
- Stay updated on industry developments, emerging technologies, and best practices in web and mobile development.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to promote brand awareness and generate leads.
Skills and Qualifications: - Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Computer Science, or related field; MBA preferred.
- Proven track record of success in web and mobile sales, with at least 5 years of experience in a business development or sales role.
- Strong understanding of web and mobile technologies, trends, and solutions.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members.
- Having sound knowledge of technologies use to build Web & Mobile based solution.
- Functional understanding of front end & back end technologies preferable.
- Results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Experience in using CRM software to manage sales activities and track customer interactions.
- Willingness to travel as needed for client meetings, sales presentations, and industry events.
- Open to work in Night shift whenever required.
