**Position Overview:**
Core Signs is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team in Mumbai. This role is pivotal in expanding our footprint across Mumbai and the entire western region of India. The ideal candidate will have a robust background in the signage industry or a related field and will be instrumental in driving growth through new client acquisition and fostering existing client relationships.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- **Client Management:**
- Manage and nurture relationships with existing clients to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell Core Signs products and services to existing clients.
- **Lead Generation and New Business Development:**
- Develop and implement strategies to generate new leads and convert them into business opportunities.
- Approach and engage potential clients in key sectors including retail, automobile, food & beverage, and more.
- **Market Expansion:**
- Drive business growth in Mumbai and the western region of India.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and understand the competitive landscape.
- **Office Setup and Management:**
- Oversee the establishment of the new Mumbai office.
- Ensure the office is fully operational and aligned with Core Signs business goals.
- **Sales Strategy and Execution:**
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed business targets.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to potential clients.
- **Reporting and Analysis:**
- Track and report on sales performance metrics and KPIs.
- Provide regular updates to senior management on business development activities and results.
**Qualifications:**
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related role within the signage industry or a similar field.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
- Strong understanding of the Mumbai market and the western region of India.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite.
