Responsibilities and DutiesStrategic Planning and Execution:
Develop and execute comprehensive business development strategies specifically tailored for the domestic market.
Identify market trends, consumer behavior, and competitive landscape to formulate effective strategies that align with company objectives.
Digital Lead Role:
Take ownership of driving revenue growth through various digital channels and platforms.
Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to achieve sales targets and objectives.
Utilize a mix of digital marketing tactics such as SEO, PPC, social media, email marketing, and content marketing to generate leads and increase conversions.
Sales and Revenue Generation:
Lead the sales process from prospecting to closure, negotiating contracts, and achieving sales targets.
Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling digital marketing services to existing clients.
Market Research and Analysis:
Conduct thorough market research to identify emerging trends, competitive threats, and new business opportunities within the domestic digital marketing landscape.
Analyze sales data and performance metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and identify areas for improvement.
Client Relationship Management:
Act as the primary point of contact for clients, maintaining regular communication and providing exceptional customer service.
Address client inquiries and concerns promptly, coordinating with the technical department to resolve any issues related to products or post-sale services.
Conduct conference calls and presentations to update clients on project progress, discuss strategy adjustments, and address feedback.
Online Media Planning and Presentations:
Develop comprehensive online media plans that outline the recommended digital marketing tactics, budget allocation, and expected outcomes for clients.
Deliver compelling presentations to clients, showcasing proposed strategies, campaign ideas, and performance metrics in a clear and persuasive manner.
Lead Management:
Effectively manage inbound leads generated through various marketing channels. Qualify leads based on predefined criteria and prioritize them for follow-up and conversion.
Implement lead nurturing strategies to maintain engagement and move leads through the sales pipeline towards closure.
- Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications*
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration/ Commerce or related field. Experience
3-4 years of experience in Business Development in the digital marketing/online space.
Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts, tools, and platforms.
Preferably knowledge of CRM implementation and sustenance.
Preference given to Google AdWords certified candidates.
Proven track record of selling Google AdWords, online ads, and online listings.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work effectively under pressure.
Understanding of the dynamic online marketing domain, search market, PPC strategy, and social media market.
