We are seeking a motivated and experienced Business Development Manager. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, excellent communication skills, and a service-oriented mindset. This position requires someone who is calm under pressure, capable of multitasking, and skilled in prioritizing tasks while delivering exceptional customer service.
Client Interaction & Lead Generation:- Conduct effective client calls to understand customer requirements and validate leads.
Generate potential business requirements from clients and assess their qualification status.- Generate new clients and interact with existing clients.
Gather information related to the correct Point of Contact (POC), decision-makers, Requests for Proposal (RFP), Requests for Information (RFI), current vendors, and any service level gaps.
- Customer Requirement Analysis:
Understand customer needs by gathering and documenting detailed information according to standard industry practices.- Schedule meetings with clients to propose solutions and explore opportunities through Proof of Concept (POC) presentations.
Follow-Up & Client Engagement:- Conduct follow-up calls to engage clients effectively and address their concerns.
Reach out to non-responsive clients via phone, message, or email or personal visit to understand their concerns and ensure that responses are properly recorded in the CRM.Communication & Documentation:
Write professional emails to document all client discussions and ensure clear and concise communication.
- Serve as the liaison between clients and the operations team, ensuring seamless communication from contract negotiation through to project completion.
- Required Skills & Qualifications:
Education: Graduate with excellent communication skills.
- Experience: 2 to 4 years or above of relevant experience in business development, inside sales as well outdoor.
Skills:
Strong verbal and written communication skills.- Ability to remain calm under pressure.
Target oriented attitude.
- Proficient in multitasking and time management with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently.
Problem-solving skills with a customer-centric, service-oriented mindset.- Familiarity with CRM systems and managing client interactions.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
