Job Description

Urgent opening for Sales Team Leader with PELF Infotech Pvt Ltd, Kothrud Pune.

Please find below the details:

  • Experience required: 9-12 years with B2B Sales
  • Education: Preferably Engineering with Mechanical / Instrumentation / Production / Automobile + MBA with Marketing
  • Skills required: Team Handling, Communication Skills, Negotiation Skills, Flexibility, Able to work on field


  • Please find below the roles & responsibilities:
Leading Business Development Team.
  • Mentoring team Members to improve their Funnel Management in order to achieve committed Targets.
Accountable for maintaining proper reporting system.
  • Ensuring sales team is maintaining & updating their Topline (CRM) as per Guidelines by Dassault Systems
Motivating and guiding team at the time of order finalization & Closures
  • Analysis of sales team performance for exceeding the assigned target, Supporting and motivating the sales team for sales growth
Being a team lead, ensuring communication with Team by Scheduling Meetings. (Daily/Weekly)
  • Key coordination with Management for deciding, planning, forecasting business strategies, Planning & implementing Sales Strategies to meet business objectives.
Understanding business requirement by discussing with Sales Head & Management and accordingly decide plan of action.
  • Analyze business activities of Competitor (sales status) and discuss with management to improve and make necessary adjustment in our Sales Plan to make profitable business.
Necessary coordination with Director Sales -SW, in order to smoothen the sales operation.
  • Responsible for Communicating funnel status and forecasting for the month
Responsible for Communicating team performance and measures taken for improvement
  • Acting as a SPOC (Single point of Contact) for Sales team.
Establishes productive, professional relationships with key personnel in assigned & established large Commercial customer accounts.
  • Proactively assesses, clarifies, and validates customer needs on an on-going basis.
Developing strong long term relationship with existing large commercial by planning courtesy calls, communicating on regular basis, answering queries.
