Business Development Manager

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Manager - Business Development for our Healthtech SaaS products. This role is crucial for developing lead generation programs and nurturing both outbound and inbound sales leads of healthcare providers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement lead generation strategies
• Proactively look for prospective healthcare clients and engage them via email, calls, and CRM logging
• Schedule demos and appointments for the sales team
• Build and maintain partnerships in the healthcare industry
• Manage key accounts for long-term business relationships
• Conduct market research for competition and opportunities
• Develop business proposals and handle pre-sales and sales activities
• Follow up with clients for project sign-offs
• Coordinate with internal teams for seamless project execution
• Discuss project progress with client leadership

Requirements & Qualification:

1. MBA/MHA/MBBS preferred
2. 3+ years of proven BD/inside-sales experience, preferably in healthtech SaaS solutions
3. Strong understanding of healthcare clients and industry
4. Excellent communication and presentation skills
5. Experience in selling premium-priced tech solutions with a focus on ROI
6. Proven track record in achieving sales lead generation and appointment
7. Ability to multitask and employ structured selling methods
8. Strong analytical and data management skills
9. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
