We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have 2-10 years of experience in business development and sales, with a proven track record of success. As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, building relationships with clients, and driving revenue growth for the company.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in India
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement marketing campaigns
  • Provide feedback to management on market trends, competition, and customer needs
  • Attend industry events and conferences to network and promote the company
  • Prepare and deliver presentations to potential clients

Skills and Qualifications

  • 2-10 years of experience in business development and sales
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
  • Proven track record of success in generating new business and driving revenue growth
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Knowledge of the Indian market and business landscape
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
  • Fluent in English and Hindi, both written and spoken
