Responsibilities
As a Manager - Business developmentat Aakashe, you will be the first point of contact to the client and will have the dedication to create and an effective sales strategy while driving sustainable financial growth through boosting sales and building strong relationships with clients.
- Closes new business deals by coordinating requirements; developing and negotiating contracts; integrating contract requirements with business operations.
- Participate and Present at Industry Events and Expos
- Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs.
- Organize business meetings with existing and prospective clients.
- Position and promote the company s products/services addressing or predicting client's objectives.
- Prepare sales contracts and establish company guidelines.
- Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction.
- Provide response to E-Procurement Bids and Participate in Pre-Bid Meetings.
- Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices etc.
- Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support.
- Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers.
- Monitor sales metrics (e.g., quarterly sales results and annual forecasts).
- Suggest actions to improve sales performance and identify opportunities for growth.
- Qualifications
- Master's/Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or relevant field.
- 5-8 years of Business Development / Sales and Marketing experience. Relevant B2B sales experience in Survey/Drone/GIS Industry
- Good communication skills in English and regional languages.
- Well versed with the use of Office, Sales/CRM Applications.
