Job Description

Job Title : Business Development Lead / IT Sales

Location : Gachibowli, Hyderabad

This is a full-time salaried position with bonuses and incentives for the right candidate that meets and exceeds sales goals.

Job Responsibilities :

Discuss and recommend the IT Solution and Consulting Services, and various IT Solutions the firm has via telephone/emails/linked-in with prospective and established customers, utilizing a consultative selling approach

Grows sales by developing existing accounts and identifying, qualifying, and penetrating new customers

Build excellent customer relations

Maintain sales records and generate relevant reports for review, analysis and presentation

Must have the following qualifications to be considered:

Minimum 2-5 years experience in inside outside sales and/or marketing with a strong understanding of the current market.

Good understanding and ability to utilize social media (Linked-in, Facebook) to seek out qualified decision makers for businesses.

Able to make outbound calls to business owners and decision makers to seek new business opportunities and must NOT be afraid of rejection.

Set qualified and confirmed appointments for outside sales team.

Send emails and follow up correspondence to decision makers and keep track of current and future opportunities.

Work with marketing department to implement and manage sales campaigns and all required follow up calls and emails.

Assist in administrative duties to manage CRM data base and keep contact list current (names, phone numbers, emails).

Various other duties as assigned by sales manager on a day-to-day basis.
