Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Inside Sales-IT professional. As an Inside Sales-IT, you will be responsible for lead generation, maintaining client satisfaction, and introducing new client . You will be communicating with potential clients to understand their needs and promote our technology solutions.

Qualifications

• Experience in Inside Sales and lead generation
• Strong client interaction and communication skills
• Excellent client negotiation and deal closing skills
• Knowledge of the transportation and logistics industry is a plus
• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
• Searching leads information by himself using direct portals such as LinkedIn, ZoomInfo, Lusha, Apollo etc.
• Collating the leads data in a spreadsheet and internal CRM.
• Updating status infront of every lead.
• Keeping track of lead follow-ups via email, follow up calls etc.
• Client communication, Negotiation, portfolio showcasing, product Demo's.
• Drafting business related documents, proposals, cover letters etc.
• Client Onboarding and Revenue generation.
