Business Development Intern will be handling enquiries from prospective learners regarding various
course offerings, enrolment procedures and other related issues. You will be attending to
Calls, WhatsApp messages, and social media posts. You are expected to convert the
interest of the incoming enquiries to enrolment in the program. Since the customer segment
is global you will be connecting to prospective students from across the world.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Generate leads from various sources for the courses offered on the platform
- Connect with the inquiries generated from marketing campaigns for the product and accurately address their questions about the product.
- Convert inquiries for the program into course enrollments.
- Understand the requirements of prospective students and assist them with the appropriate solution/product.
- Guide prospective learners through the application and enrollment process.
- Carry out other sales support activities/processes as defined by the management from time to time.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
- Proven experience in admissions or sales, preferably in higher education.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Proficient in using CRM software and other relevant tools.
- should be a multitasker with the ability to work under pressure
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Fluency in English is mandatory
