Roles and Responsibilities:
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify growth opportunities.
- Formulate and execute strategic plans to achieve sales objectives and expand market share in the region.
- Set sales targets, performance metrics, and KPIs for the team.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
- Implement effective sales strategies and initiatives to maximize sales and profitability.
- Collaborate with the marketing department to develop marketing campaigns and initiatives aligned with sales objectives.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key customers, distributors, and stakeholders in the region.
- Conduct regular meetings with clients to understand their needs and address concerns.
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences to promote products/services.
- Visit colleges and educational institutions to promote and enroll students in our enthusiastic courses.
- Prepare and present regular sales reports, forecasts, and budgets to senior management.
- Conduct data analysis to evaluate sales performance and make data-driven decisions.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Communicate effectively with internal teams, providing feedback, and coordinating sales efforts with other departments.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to travel within the region as needed.
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite.
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
