Job Description

We are hiring for Head of Business Development at Mumbai Location.
  • Key Responsibilities*:
Strategic Planning and Execution:
  • Develop and implement comprehensive business development strategies to achieve firm growth objectives.
Identify and evaluate new business opportunities and markets to target.
  • Collaborate with senior management to align business development goals with overall firm strategy.
Client Acquisition and Relationship Management:
  • Identify and cultivate new client relationships and manage key accounts.
Lead proposals, presentations, and pitches to secure new projects.
  • Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients to foster repeat business and referrals.
Market Research and Analysis:
  • Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and client needs.
Analyze market data to identify opportunities and challenges in the industry.
  • Brand and Network Development:
Enhance the firm's brand presence through networking, attending industry events, and building strategic partnerships.
  • Represent the firm at industry conferences, events, and client meetings.
Team Leadership and Collaboration:
  • Lead and mentor a team of business development professionals and support staff.
Work closely with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns.

Financial Management: Develop and manage the business development budget.
  • Track and report on business development performance metrics and KPIs.
  • Qualifications*:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Architecture, or a related field. MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred.
  • Proven experience (
10-15 years) in business development or sales, preferably within the architecture, real estate, or construction industry. Strong understanding of the architecture industry, market dynamics, and client needs.
  • Demonstrated success in securing new business and managing client relationships.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with senior management and other departments.
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office.

Strategic thinking with a proactive approach to identifying and capitalizing on business opportunities.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
Strong leadership and team management abilities.
  • Effective problem-solving skills and a results-oriented mindset.
Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: 2,000,
  • 00 - 3,000,000.00 per year
