We are hiring for Head of Business Development at Mumbai Location.
Strategic Planning and Execution:
- Develop and implement comprehensive business development strategies to achieve firm growth objectives.
Identify and evaluate new business opportunities and markets to target.
- Collaborate with senior management to align business development goals with overall firm strategy.
Client Acquisition and Relationship Management:
- Identify and cultivate new client relationships and manage key accounts.
Lead proposals, presentations, and pitches to secure new projects.
- Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients to foster repeat business and referrals.
Market Research and Analysis:
- Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and client needs.
Analyze market data to identify opportunities and challenges in the industry.
- Brand and Network Development:
Enhance the firm's brand presence through networking, attending industry events, and building strategic partnerships.- Represent the firm at industry conferences, events, and client meetings.
Team Leadership and Collaboration:- Lead and mentor a team of business development professionals and support staff.
Work closely with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns.
Financial Management:
Develop and manage the business development budget.
- Track and report on business development performance metrics and KPIs.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Architecture, or a related field. MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred.10-15 years)
in business development or sales, preferably within the architecture, real estate, or construction industry
. Strong understanding of the architecture industry, market dynamics, and client needs.
- Demonstrated success in securing new business and managing client relationships.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.- Ability to work collaboratively with senior management and other departments.
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office.
