We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development professional with 1-2 years of experience to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying potential clients, developing new business relationships, and maintaining existing client relationships. The role requires a strategic thinker with excellent communication and negotiation skills, who can work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Identify potential clients and build relationships with key decision-makers
• Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and revenue
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities
• Prepare proposals, presentations, and contracts
• Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients
• Maintain accurate records of all sales and prospecting activities
• Work closely with other teams to ensure client satisfaction and retention

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field
• 1-2 years of experience in Business Development or Sales
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Knowledge of market trends and industry best practices
• Proficient in MS Office Suite and CRM software
• Fluent in English and Hindi
