Overview
The Business Development Executive plays a crucial role in driving the growth and expansion of the organization's business in Saudi Arabia. This position is pivotal in identifying new business opportunities, building strategic partnerships, and nurturing client relationships to achieve sales targets and revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and customer needs
- Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve organizational sales targets
- Negotiate and close agreements with clients to maximize profits
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful delivery of solutions to clients
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations to potential clients
- Attend industry events and conferences to generate new business leads
- Stay updated with industry trends to identify opportunities for growth
- Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review
- Contribute to the development of marketing strategies and campaigns
- Provide timely and effective solutions to customer issues and inquiries
- Participate in pricing the solution/service
- Travel within Saudi Arabia as required to meet clients
- Manage and update the CRM system with relevant information
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Proven track record in achieving sales targets and generating revenue
- Experience in business-to-business (B2B) sales, preferably in the Saudi Arabian market
- Demonstrated ability to negotiate and close deals
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong networking and relationship-building abilities
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
- Knowledge of market research, sales, and marketing principles
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Fluency in Arabic and English is preferred
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
