Job Title: Business Development Executive
Key Responsibility Areas (KRAs)
- Client Relationship Management:
- Build and nurture strong relationships with clients, including government officers, corporate executives, CEOs, and other key stakeholders.
- Lead Generation:
- Identify and pursue new leads and opportunities to expand the company's client base.
- Sales Meetings:
- Conduct effective sales meetings with clients, digitally or in-person, to understand their requirements and present our products and services.
- Business Strategy Development:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive business strategy to drive sales growth in the assigned area and achieve predefined sales objectives.
- Product Presentation:
- Deliver compelling presentations of our products and services to potential clients, showcasing their benefits and value proposition.
- New Business Establishment:
- Proactively identify and establish new business partnerships and opportunities to strengthen the company's market presence and revenue streams.
- Record Maintenance:
- Maintain accurate and updated records of client interactions, leads, and sales activities using designated CRM tools.
- Sales Targets:
- Meet or exceed weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales targets as set by the company.
Minimum Qualification
- Graduation or Post Graduation
Experience Range
- 0.6 to 1 year in Marketing and Business Development
Preferred Qualification
- Excellent communication skills in English or Hindi
- Compulsory use of a laptop for work-related tasks
