Job Overview

We are hiring a Business Development Executive to join our team at VALLABH STARTUP SERVICES. As a Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and driving revenue growth. This is a mid-level position, requiring 4 to 6 years of experience. The job location is Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India, and the employment type is Full-Time.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field
  • Proven experience as a Business Development Executive or similar role, with 4 to 6 years of experience
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
  • Excellent presentation and negotiation skills
  • Good understanding of market analysis and business development strategies
  • Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in MS Office suite

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Identify and generate new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and cold calling
  • Establish and maintain relationships with potential clients and key stakeholders
  • Understand client needs and business requirements to effectively align our services with their goals
  • Develop and deliver persuasive presentations and proposals to clients
  • Negotiate and close deals to achieve revenue targets
  • Stay updated with industry trends and competition to identify potential market opportunities
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to initiate and implement marketing strategies
  • Provide feedback and insights from client interactions to improve service delivery
  • Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and client information in the CRM system
