2. Responsibilities & Duties:
Conducting a thorough data analysis of clients information by doing data research work via google, B2B portals, directories, association groups, etc., and maintaining all data collation in spreadsheets.
Generate the new leads conversion and share process details via voice call, WhatsApp msg, Email, SMS, etc.
Calling existing and prospective clients to complete the full & final payment process and close the deals.
Accurately record and maintain the details of clients in CRM.
Generating promising leads for the outside sales team or do the cross-selling with reference to pursue.
Continually meeting or exceeding daily, weekly and monthly targets with respect to call volume and sales.
Developing and sustaining solid relationships with clients to encourage repeat business.
3. Requirements & Skills:
Having a good basic knowledge of computers to operate daily work.
Good communication skills in Hindi & English both with verbal & writing skills.
Coordinate with team and provide proper guidance to other teammates.
Must have good telephonic conversation skills.
4. Terms & Conditions:
Office Timings 9.30 to 6.30 Mon to Sat
1 year Bond mandatory
6 days training period without pay.
Incentive as per company slab.
