About the Company: Splashjet is a leading manufacturing company in the inkjet ink industry in India. We specialize in developing high-quality, water-based inks for diverse printing applications including digital textile printing, large format printing and Replacement Inks for Desktop Printers.

The Opportunity:

We are seeking a driven International Sales Business Development Executive to fuel our expansion into global markets. In this role, you will play a crucial part in identifying and cultivating new business opportunities across diverse international markets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute targeted sales strategies to achieve international sales goals.
• Proactively generate leads, establish relationships, and nurture potential clients in overseas markets.
• Conduct thorough market research to identify and prioritize high-potential international markets.
• Build strong, lasting relationships with existing and prospective international clients.
• Maintain detailed records in our CRM system, ensuring accurate tracking of sales pipelines and opportunities.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or business, Marketing, or a related field
• 0-3+ years of proven experience in sales or business development preferred.
• Fluency in English. Written and Spoken communication.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to adapt to dynamic environment.
• Ability to independently prospect, negotiate, and close deals.
• Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office suite.
