About the Company

SpeedMart TechHire recruits and manages tech and other professionals in India for foreign and domestic partners on an EOR model. We also help overseas companies to set up verticals in India, through bespoke strategic and technology consulting.

We are currently seeking experienced and result-oriented Business Development Executives to solicit new recruitment business from the domestic Indian corporate market. The positions will be field sales and BD led, with a fair amount of research on the B2B corporate sector.

Location Gurgaon (Work-from-Office)

The Role:

We are looking for result-oriented Business Development Executives to solicit new recruitment business from the domestic Indian corporate market. Prior experience in Selling, Lead generation, and funnel development is essential. Candidates with excellent verbal, written, and listening skills. A good command of oral and written communication would be preferred. Proficiency in computers and social media.

The Responsibilities:

Generating leads: Researching and identifying potential customers through online searches, social media, database and referrals.

Qualifying leads: Evaluating leads by Outbound calls/ Email promotion / LinkedIn or WhatsApp marketing.

Making sales calls: Making Customer visits for sales pitch, negotiating deals, and close sales.

Funnel Creation: Developing customer funnel and managing the sales pipeline.

Communicating with potential customers: Account management of B2B customers.

Analyzing competitors: Summarizing competitor information and trends to identify sales opportunities.

Creating reports: Generating monthly reports and presentations with sales data

Collaborating with team members: Working closely with other team members

Experience in any CRM is an added advantage.

Must-Have Qualifications:

Minimum 2 to 4 years of experience as a Sales/ BD/ Inside sales executive

Bachelor's degree in any domain.

Experience in Sales, Marketing or Business Development role.

Strong organizational and communication skills.

Business Development with direct corporate enterprise experience, especially in the IT industry

Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Excellent verbal and written communication skills
