Job Description

DataMites is a leading AI and Data Science company providing training and consulting services. We are a fast growing company with more than a decade experience with a strong 50K+ customer base from 25+ countries.We are a people-first company, seeking a highly motivated inside Sales professional who understands the art of listening to and solving customers problems. This candidate will be responsible for prospecting, qualifying, and generating new sales opportunities. In order to be successful in this role and meet or exceed quota, this candidate should feel comfortable communicating with prospects via phone and email who are discovered through a variety of avenues.

Responsibilities

  • Communicating with customers to understand their needs and requirements and identify sales opportunities
  • Answering customers questions, resolving their concerns and providing additional information via calls and emails.
  • Update CRM system with all customer communications
  • Close sales and achieve monthly targets
  • Strategise and maintain the sales pipelines.
  • Maintain and expand your database of prospects within your assigned territory
  • Be a team-player in achieving the organisation's goal

Qualifications

  • Preferred Bachelor's degree or equivalent
  • Both freshers and experienced can apply
  • Recommended 1+ years previous sales experience.
