We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Executive to join our team in India. The ideal candidate should have 3-7 years of experience in business development and a proven track record of achieving targets. The role requires an individual with strong communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities to achieve sales targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery
  • Attend industry events and conferences to promote the company and develop new business leads

Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
  • 3-7 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Experience with CRM software and sales tracking tools
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Willingness to travel as needed
