- Lead Conversion: Engage leads provided by marketing team, conduct research, and initiate effective communication.
- Demo Calls: Participate in demonstration calls and deliver technical presentations.
- On-boarding: Provide on-boarding support to make conversions
- Deal Closure: Strive for on-the-spot deal closure during demos.
Overcome objections and negotiate terms for win-win agreements.
- Follow-Up and Relationship Management: Implement a structured follow-up process for unconverted leads.
Nurture client relationships through regular communication and maintain proper customer support.
- Direct Client Meetings:Arrange and conduct face-to-face meetings, identifying upsell opportunities.
Represent the company at industry events.
- CRM: Maintain and update CRM regularly.Check on daily basis, update and maintain necessary action for interested leads.
Strong communication and presentation skills (Should be well-versed in english as our client list are majorly International.)- B2B sales experience in software preferred.
Good at basic computer operations.
- Results-oriented with the ability to meet or exceed targets.
