Job Description

  • Profile requirements
  • Responsibilities:
  • Understand user-profiles and suggest suitable course options
  • Ability to connect with students/parents and guide them with the Study abroad/Move abroad Process.
  • Knowledge of IELTS/TOEFL/GRE/GMAT
  • Requirements
  • Required to dial up to 150 - 200 calls a day on a regular basis.
  • Schedule 3-5 counselling sessions (webinar) a day with students & working professionals.

  • Ideal candidate
  • Good communication skills, High proficiency in English is mandatory
  • 2 or more Regional languages preferred
  • Knowledge of CRM
  • Consistent performer and has met targets in the previous organization
  • Prior experience in study abroad/Immigration (preferred) or EdTech industry
  • Knowledge of IELTS/TOEFL/GRE/GMAT or any similar exams is preferred
  • 6 days working
