Job Title: Business Development Executive (BDE)

Location: PCMC, Pune

Experience: 0-1 Year

Role Overview:

As a Business Development Executive, you will play a key role in driving growth and supporting the business development team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated individual to gain hands-on experience in the real estate industry, contributing to market research, lead generation, and client relationship management.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Market Research: Assist in analyzing market trends, competitor activities, and potential business opportunities to guide strategic decisions.
  2. Lead Generation: Support in identifying and qualifying leads through cold calling, email outreach, and networking.
  3. Client Relationship Management: Help maintain and nurture relationships with clients by providing regular follow-ups and ensuring client satisfaction.
  4. Marketing Initiatives: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials (e.g., brochures, flyers, digital content) and manage real estate listings.
  5. CRM and Database Management: Ensure accuracy and integrity of client and property information within the company's CRM system.
  6. Administrative Support: Provide assistance with scheduling appointments, organizing meetings, and preparing sales presentations and proposals.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field (ongoing or completed).
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Detail-oriented with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Enthusiastic and eager to learn with an interest in business development and real estate.
