Job Description

We are Hiring a Business Development Executive

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and pursue new business opportunities through lead generation, cold calling, networking, and other strategies.

Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their business needs and offer tailored IT solutions.

Prepare and deliver presentations and proposals to potential clients.

Collaborate with the technical team to ensure client requirements are met.

Negotiate contracts, close deals, and ensure smooth post-sale handover to the delivery team.

Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities in the IT sector.

Meet and exceed sales targets and quotas on a monthly and quarterly basis.

Maintain detailed records of client interactions, sales activities, and results in the CRM system.

Provide regular updates and reports on sales performance to management.
