Position: Business Development Executive (High Growth Potential Role)
Location: Chennai
Languages: Proficiency in both English and Tamil is mandatory
Annual CTC: INR 3 - 4.2 Lakhs Per Annum + Attractive Variable Pay
(6 days working per week and WORK FROM OFFICE mandatory)
Key Responsibilities:
- Contact potential clients through cold calls, emails, and social media, presenting NV Infras services to generate interest and engagement.
- Engage and qualify inbound leads generated from organic and inorganic marketing campaigns (digital ads, SEO, social media, etc.).
- Nurture leads through timely follow-up, providing relevant information, and addressing inquiries to move them through the sales funnel.
- Maintain accurate records of lead interactions and pipeline status using CRM software.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to understand the source and quality of leads and give feedback for campaign optimization.
- Effectively present NV Infras construction solutions and service packages to potential clients during meetings and presentations.
- Understand client requirements and suggest suitable products and services that align with their needs and preferences.
- Conduct site visits and meet clients at their homes or offices to present NV Infra's construction services and understand their specific requirements.
- Foster long-term, trusting relationships with clients by providing consistent support, regular communication, and updates.
- Proactively seek new business opportunities in the market by networking, researching, and identifying prospects.
- Handle all business development activities, ensuring smooth execution from lead generation to client onboarding.
- Develop sales and marketing strategies aimed at increasing brand awareness and generating leads.
- Develop tailored presentations and pitches that address client concerns and showcase NV Infra's unique value propositions.
- Monitor lead conversion rates and report regularly on lead generation performance.
- Proactively build relationships with architects and other industry professionals by visiting their offices and exploring collaborative business development opportunities.
Skills Required:
- Proficiency in English and Tamil (both written and verbal)
- Excellent negotiation and sales skills
- Ability to establish and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
- Strong listening skills to fully understand client needs and provide effective solutions.
- Ability to handle price negotiations and create value-based solutions for clients.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Proficiency in using CRM software to manage client information and track sales progress is an added advantage.
- Previous experience in the home construction or real estate sector is an added advantage.
