Position: Business Development Executive

Location: Bengaluru, Karnataka

Qualification: Any graduate & above

Experience: 6 months- 3 years

Salary: 3-5 LPA+Incentives

Working Shift: 3pm-12am (US Shift)

Roles & responsibilities:

• Cultivating strong relationships with new clients, while maintaining existing client

relationships.

• Collating and maintaining client information in the CRM database.
• Rigorously following up the leads via a variety of channels like Phone calls, SMS,

WhatsApp, emails etc.

• Extensively communicating the curriculum and other USPs of the product.
• Achieve realistically set weekly targets in a performance-centric, competitive

environment.

• Ready to go live on a Video Call with parents.

Must have:

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

Good presentation skills.

Highly ambitious individuals who rise up to challenging targets.
