Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through research, networking, and cold calling
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business needs and providing solutions that meet their requirements
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the successful delivery of projects and services
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets
- Prepare and deliver presentations to clients and stakeholders
- Negotiate and close deals with clients
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and customer interactions
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- 1-6 years of experience in business development or sales
- Proven track record of success in driving business growth and achieving sales targets
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software
- Ability to travel as needed
