Responsibilities:
- Communicating with existing and new clients via phone and email to acquire their market research requirements.
- Liaison with our research partners to get sample reports and to have any pre purchase and/or post purchase queries of clients resolved.
- Updating CRM on daily basis with the status of the leads.
- Reaching monthly/quarterly/yearly sales targets.
- Building new clientele to drive sales revenues of the organization.
Candidate requirements:
- Must have exceptional fluency in English both written and spoken.
- Must have the zest for sales and ability to deliver results under pressure.
- Must have good working knowledge of MS Outlook, MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, and Adobe PDF.
