Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for expanding our business through strategic initiatives such as Below the Line (BTL) activities, corporate tie-ups, eye check-up camps, customer relationship management (CRM), and addressing customer concerns effectively. This role requires proactive engagement with high-end societies, corporates, and existing customers to drive business growth and enhance customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Below the Line (BTL) Activities in High-End Societies:
- Plan and execute BTL activities targeting high-end societies to promote Laxmi Opticians brand and products.
- Collaborate with marketing team to develop creative campaigns and promotional materials tailored to the target audience.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of BTL initiatives, adjusting strategies as needed to optimize results.
2. Corporate Tie-ups:
- Identify potential corporate partners and develop strategic alliances to enhance Laxmi Opticians market presence.
- Negotiate and finalize partnership agreements that align with the company's objectives and customer needs.
- Foster strong relationships with corporate clients to drive repeat business and referrals.
3. Arranging Eye Check-up Camps in High Corporates:
- Coordinate and organize eye check-up camps in collaboration with corporate clients to promote eye health awareness.
- Liaise with healthcare professionals and arrange necessary equipment and resources for conducting eye examinations.
- Ensure seamless execution of eye check-up camps and follow up with participants to facilitate eyewear purchases as needed.
4. CRM Updates and Existing Customers Follow-up:
- Maintain an updated CRM database with accurate customer information and interaction history.
- Proactively reach out to existing customers to assess their eyewear needs, provide personalized recommendations, and address any concerns or feedback.
- Implement customer retention strategies to foster long-term loyalty and maximize customer lifetime value.
5. Identifying Pinpoints of Clients and Resolving Them with In-store Team Members:
- Act as a liaison between customers and in-store team members to address any issues or concerns raised by clients.
- Conduct thorough assessments to understand the specific pain points or challenges faced by customers and propose effective solutions.
- Collaborate closely with the in-store team to ensure timely resolution of customer issues and uphold service excellence standards.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Proven track record of success in business development, preferably in the retail or eyewear industry.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills to secure corporate partnerships and drive sales.

- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite.
