The Business Development Person is responsible for consistently generating and increasing revenues through the acquisition of new clients/businesses. The Role is to drive Business Acquisition and expansion, focusing on business development activities and account management through managing, directing, and working effectively.

- Prior experience in selling SAAS-based products.
- Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to adapt strategies and identify growth opportunities.
- Prospecting: Identify & Map the right target accounts & POCs
- Lead Generation: Perform various sales outreach methodologies to engage and schedule new meetings.
- Relationship Building: Cultivate strong relationships with key decision-makers & influencers. Provide exceptional service and maintain regular communication with prospects & clients.
- Sales Target: Meet and exceed monthly & quarterly sales targets.
- Reporting: Adept in maintaining accurate records of sales activities, leads & opportunities in the CRM.
Required Experience and Qualifications:
- Bachelors Degree, preferably in a technical discipline, or equivalent. A Masters degree/MBA is a plus
- Demonstrates outstanding written and oral communication skills.
- Well-versed in the field of sales
- Possessing exceptional relationship-building, negotiation, and time-management skills, consistently demonstrate a high level of proficiency in fostering positive connections, facilitating successful negotiations, and effectively managing time to meet objectives.
- Candidates must exhibit comfort and proficiency in cold-calling and engaging individuals face-to-face.
- Possesses extensive experience in engaging directly with decision-makers and demonstrates comfort and proficiency in negotiation.
