Responsibilities:
Identify and develop new business opportunities within the interior industry, to interior design firms, architecture firms, and project management consultancies.
Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and potential areas for expansion.
Collaborate with internal teams to develop strategies for business growth and market penetration.
Prepare and deliver presentations to clients, showcasing our products and services.
Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients, ensuring favorable terms for both parties.
Monitor and report on sales performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
Stay updated on industry developments, regulations, and best practices.
Skills and Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Proven experience in business development, preferably within the interior industry.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence decision-makers.
Strong negotiation and persuasion skills, with a track record of closing deals.
Strategic thinking and analytical abilities, with the capacity to identify and pursue opportunities for growth.
Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with a drive to succeed in a competitive market.
Flexibility to travel as needed for client meetings and industry events.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM softwar
