Business Development Executive (Extendable Contract of 3 months)

Job Description
- Build a solid book of business - create lead lists, reach out to prospective clients, and convert them into customers
- Ideate & execute strategies to grow the client network
- Spend more time in client offices and with clients rather than at home or office.
- Negotiate contracts with key clients and ensure each client's goals are met.
- Address and resolve clients concerns or grievances at the earliest
- Act as the main point of contact between key clients and internal delivery teams
- Communicate and collaborate with the demand generation, resource management, and finance teams to ensure company meets its revenue goals
- Compile reports on account progress, goals, and forecasts.
- Develop a thorough understanding of clients needs and requirements and prepare customized solutions
Requirements
- 1-5 years of work experience in BD/ consultative sales
- Ability to identify new business opportunities with a drive to convert them.
- Track record in establishing & maintaining client relationships
- Working knowledge of CRM systems.
- Strong technical orientation, keeping abreast with latest technologies.
- High standards of excellence and attention to detail
- Excellent written & verbal communication skills
- Data-driven and oriented towards achieving targets on a continuous basis
- Self-starter with the ability to effectively work autonomously with little oversight
- Loves to build rapport and ability to handle multiple clients
- Open for flexible work timings as per the target geographies
