Conduct market research to identify clients and opportunities.- Analyze industry trends, generate leads, and maintain CRM accuracy.
Build client relationships, understand needs, provide tailored IT solutions, and ensure client satisfaction.
- Develop sales strategies, deliver presentations, negotiate contracts, and collaborate with marketing and technical teams.
Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes and enhance the overall client experience.- Prepare regular reports on sales activities, pipeline status, and business development performance.
Document client interactions, feedback, and requirements for future reference.
Proven sales achiever with expertise in IT services.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
