We are experiencing robust growth and actively seeking outstanding individuals to join our dynamic business development team.

We are hiring Business Development Executives with experience of 1 to 3 years in business development.

Remote work:

This would be a permanent work-from-home opportunity.

Ideal candidate:

Candidates with 1 to 3 years of Business Development experience in the EdTech industry and a proven track record of sales will be given preference.

Note: Candidates looking for management roles ( BDM) won't be shortlisted for the interview. We do not have BDM roles at the moment.

Key Responsibilities:

Work jointly with the internal team to drive business development strategy.

Performing counseling for interested candidates by making outbound calls.

Handle customers in a calm, empathic & patient manner, along with strong sales persuasion skills.

Keep all reporting formats, CRM, etc. updated regularly.

Collaborate with Digital Marketing, Content Creation, and Product Development teams.
