Market Research and Analysis: Conduct thorough market research to identify new business opportunities and potential clients. Analyse market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to inform strategic decisions.
Client Acquisition and Relationship Management: Identify, target, and establish relationships with prospective clients. Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction. Develop and implement strategies to acquire new clients and expand market presence.
Sales and Revenue Generation: Achieve sales targets and KPIs set by the company. Develop and execute effective sales strategies and tactics to achieve revenue goals. Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and pitches to potential clients.
Networking and Partnerships: Attend industry events, conferences, and networking meetings to build and maintain a strong professional network. Develop partnerships with key industry players to enhance business opportunities.
Strategic Planning and Implementation: Assist in the development of the business development strategy and plans. Execute business development initiatives and projects in alignment with company objectives.
Reporting and Documentation: Prepare regular reports on business development activities, performance metrics, and outcomes. Maintain accurate records of all sales, client interactions, and business development activities in the CRM system.
Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, operations, and product development teams to align business development efforts with company goals. Provide feedback and insights from clients to help improve products and services.
Qualifications:Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
Experience: 0-1 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related role. Experience in [specify industry if needed] is preferred.
