Job Title: Business Development Executive (Inside Sales)

Sales Opportunity Development:
Utilize networking, relationship building, and outdoor activities to establish and cultivate sales opportunities.Market Exploration:
Conduct area mapping, cold calling, and proactive prospecting to identify potential clients and business prospects.Database Management and Lead Generation: Build and maintain a comprehensive corporate database, taking ownership of lead generation and overseeing the deal closure process with the necessary documentation.
- Business Volume Acceleration: Identify potential opportunities to accelerate business volume and contribute to the overall growth strategy.
Sales Strategy Development:
Develop and implement effective strategies to achieve sales goals, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.Sales Reporting:
Prepare periodic sales reports, offering insights and analysis to facilitate informed decision-making.Sales Forecasting: Proactively forecast sales in terms of both numbers and revenue, enabling strategic planning and resource allocation.
- Client Acquisition and Business Growth: Achieve sales targets through the acquisition of new clients and fostering the growth of business from existing clients through effective relationship-building and account management.
Market Intelligence:
Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and offerings to identify opportunities for improvement and anticipate new requirements.Interstate Travel:
Be open to traveling interstate for corporate meetings as required.- Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.- Proven experience in corporate sales with a successful track record of meeting and exceeding targets.
