Job Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and driving revenue growth. This role requires a strong understanding of the digital landscape and the ability to develop and execute effective sales strategies, including on-field sales activities.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead Generation:
Identify and generate new business opportunities through various channels, including networking, cold calling, email campaigns, social media, and on-field sales.
Conduct market research to identify potential clients and understand their needs and challenges.
2. On-Field Sales:
Engage in on-field sales activities to meet potential clients in person, present our services, and close deals.
Schedule and conduct face-to-face meetings with prospective clients to discuss their digital needs and offer tailored solutions.
Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking events to promote iBridge.digital and generate leads.
3. Client Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their business objectives and provide tailored digital solutions.
Act as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring exceptional customer service and satisfaction.
4. Sales Strategy and Execution:
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and business growth.
Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
5. Collaboration and Coordination:
Work closely with the marketing and technical teams to develop and deliver customized solutions that meet client needs.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless project delivery and client satisfaction.
6. Market and Industry Awareness:
Stay updated on industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities.
Provide insights and recommendations to the management team based on market research and analysis.
7. Reporting and Analysis:
Track and report on sales performance, client feedback, and market trends.
Use data and analytics to measure the effectiveness of sales strategies and make data-driven decisions.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Proven experience in business development, sales, or a similar role, preferably in a digital agency or related industry.
Strong understanding of digital marketing, web development, and other digital services.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Willingness to travel for on-field sales activities.
