Key Responsibilities:
- Product Demonstrations: Conduct engaging product demonstrations to clients, highlighting the features and benefits of our Industrial Mobility Products and services, and demonstrating how they can address clients specific requirements.
- Customer Engagement: Continuously engage with customers to understand their evolving needs and challenges, providing proactive support and guidance to ensure their success with our products and services.
- Requirements Gathering: Work closely with clients to gather and document their application requirements, ensuring clear communication and alignment with the Engineering team to develop tailored solutions.
- Technical Liaison: Serve as a bridge between clients and the Engineering team, providing technical insights and feedback to inform product development and customization efforts.
- Relationship Building: Build and nurture strong relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor and resource for all their Industrial Mobility needs.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor and track customer engagement metrics, gathering feedback and insights to identify opportunities for product improvement and optimization.
Expected Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Strong technical aptitude and communication skills.
- Fluent in English and Hindi. Multilingual is preferable.
Problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
- Knowledge of lead generation techniques.
- Good presentation skills.
- Ability to prepare Techno-Commercial proposals.
- Should be able to travel for business purposes.
- Knowledge of various warehouse solutions for functions such as picking, put-away, runner, sorting.
- Knowledge of the latest technologies being used in Warehouse Automation
Knowledge in sales tools such as:
- Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software
- Sales intelligence tools
- Email automation platforms
- Proposal generation software
- Data analytics tools
- Communication and collaboration tools
Expected Qualification and Eligibility:
- Completed BBA or MBA degree with a minimum 6.5 CGPA. Candidates with other degrees shall apply if they are passionate about Marketing and sales.
- Candidates who can join within 3 weeks or immediately will be given a preference.
- Minimum 1 year relevant experience in B2B sales for warehousing products.
- Maximum 2 years of total experience .
