Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through research, networking, and outreach.
  • Build and maintain client relationships, aligning services with client needs.
  • Deliver effective sales presentations and close deals to meet targets.
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop lead generation strategies.
  • Prepare proposals, negotiate terms, and document activities in CRM software.
  • Provide insights on client needs and market trends to internal teams.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or related field.
  • Proven experience in business development or sales, preferably in consulting.
  • Strong sales acumen with a consultative approach.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented with CRM proficiency.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in B2B sales or consulting.
  • Ability to analyze market trends and identify opportunities.
  • Familiarity with digital sales and virtual meeting platforms
