We have various in house designed and patented products to offer for Air Quality Monitoring, Flood Monitoring and Weather Monitoring. The company provides innovative climate management solutions that help businesses and individuals monitor and analyze air quality and urban floods in real-time.
Role Description
The Business Development Executive will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, achieving sales targets, and building and maintaining strong relationships with customers. The role will involve creating and delivering effective sales presentations, negotiating deals, and driving revenue growth. The Business Development Executive will primarily target B2B and B2G clients and will be expected to travel frequently to meet existing clients or generate new ones.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and engage with potential clients in the B2B and B2G sectors
- Travel to meet clients and generate new business opportunities
- Meet and exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the company
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations
- Negotiate and close deals to meet revenue goals
- Maintain customer relationships and ensure satisfaction
- Use CRM software to manage leads, prospects, and customer data
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and the competitive landscape
Qualifications
- Prior experience in working or selling to the environmental industry or companies is desirable or else a strong passion for this industry.
- Significant Sales experience, with proven success in developing profitable businesses, preferably with Key Accounts and Large enterprises.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with an aptitude for building relationships with professionals of all organizational levels
- Ability to lead from the front, problem-solving, and innovating on the business model are important skills for the role
- Worked in different smart cities is a plus
- Experience working in sustainability segments in government bodies is a plus
- Experience in working with projects that dealt with air quality, urban flooding, climate change is a plus
- Any B.Tech., MBA/PGDM in Marketing (Plus)
- CRM experience is preferred
- Passion & ability to close the deal as per predefined targets.
- Strong ethics and discretion while dealing with customers
