Overview:

EduFynd is seeking driven Business Development Executives who are passionate about marketing strategies, encompassing both traditional and digital methodologies. This role provides practical exposure within IT-related sectors, combining creative thinking with strategic insight.

Key Responsibilities:

Business Development:

Identify new business opportunities and potential clients through networking, cold calling, and market research.

Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets and expand the company's client base.

Client Relationship Management:

Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, understanding their needs and ensuring satisfaction.

Address client concerns and queries promptly to maintain positive client relationships.

Proposal Preparation:

Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and pitches to prospective clients.

Customize offerings to meet client requirements and negotiate contract terms.

Market Analysis and Strategy:

Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and opportunities for growth.

Analyze sales data and metrics to develop strategies that optimize business performance.

Collaboration:

Coordinate with internal teams such as marketing, product development, and operations to align business development strategies with company objectives.

Collaborate with team members to enhance service offerings and improve client engagement.

Reporting and Documentation:

Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and transactions using CRM software.

Prepare regular reports and updates on sales performance, forecasts, and market trends for management review.

Professional Development:

Stay updated with industry trends, best practices, and technological advancements relevant to the business development role.

Participate in professional development activities and training programs as required by the company.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or a related field. A Master's degree may be preferred for senior positions.

- Proven experience as a Business Development Executive or a similar role, preferably in the IT industry or related sectors.

- Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets and business growth.

- Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport and maintain client relationships.

- Excellent organizational and time management skills.

Strategic thinking with the ability to identify opportunities for business expansion.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software.

- In-depth understanding of market research, competitor analysis, and industry trends.

- Familiarity with digital marketing techniques and tools.

- Proven ability to network and develop relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and industry professionals.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.

- Willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges and responsibilities.

- Flexibility to travel as required and to work beyond regular business hours when necessary.
