Qualifications

  • 1-3 years of proven experience in business development and sales, specifically in the IT industry.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to build and maintain client relationships.
  • Technical background or knowledge of IT services and solutions is a plus.
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and goal-oriented.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field such as B.Tech is required.
  • MBA in Sales, Marketing, would be a plus.
