As a Business Development Executive, you will play a key role in driving the growth and success of our company by identifying new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and maximizing revenue potential.

Responsibilities:
- Researching and identifying potential clients and business opportunities.
Prospecting and generating leads through various channels, including cold calling, networking events, and online platforms.- Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
Understanding client needs and proposing tailored IT solutions and services.
- Collaborating with internal teams to develop proposals and presentations for clients.
Negotiating contracts and closing deals to achieve sales targets.- Keeping abreast of industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field.
Experience in business development, sales, or a related field. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of IT services and solutions is a plus.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
