Job Title: Business Development Executive (Marketing & Sales)

About Us:
Horizon Inc. is a leader in the import and distribution of high-quality fasteners, serving industries such as sheet metal fabrication, furniture, and pre-engineered building (PEB) sectors. We are looking for a motivated and dynamic individual to join our team as a Business Development Executive to manage and grow our customer base.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Product Knowledge Acquisition:
o Learn about our range of fasteners, their applications, and the industries we serve, including sheet metal fabrication, furniture, and PEB industries.
2. Lead Management and Sourcing:
o Handle leads from online platforms like IndiaMART, our company website, trade shows, and referrals.
o Actively source new leads through online tools such as Google, IndiaMART, and others.
o Maintain lead databases using Zoho CRM and track their progress.
3. Sales Management:
o Respond to customer inquiries via WhatsApp or email, understanding their specific needs.
o Present our products and explain their benefits to customers.
o Convince customers to try our products, especially if they are using competitor brands. Offer free samples and demo where possible.
o Provide accurate quotes, handle customer clarifications, negotiate deals, and close sales.
o Conduct follow-ups with existing, new customers and even leads that have not been converted, for long-term business relationships.
o Explore upselling opportunities by inquiring about other fasteners or materials customers may need.
